Physical Description:
Fred appears to be quite tall, but his body isn’t that slim, nor well-built, being somewhere in between. Like a true Weasley, he appears to have red hair and dominant freckles.
Personality:
The difference between Fred and George is that Fred is the more outgoing, daring and sarcastic twin. He may be a prankster, but he does care about people around him, especially his family and close friends, willing to do anything for them. Aside of that, he is quite intelligent, although he never really took school seriously. Since he was sorted into Gryffindor, Fred also displays traits of loyalty and bravely, daring to stand up against any of his foes.

Likes/Dislikes/Fears/Etc.:
Fred likes a lot of things, but mainly, he enjoys pulling pranks on people, especially Ron or Percy. He also likes coming up with ideas for inventions that he and George tend to do. Another thing that Fred likes is playing Quidditch.
Fred’s biggest fear is being separated from George, along with Lord Voldemort, as he also appears to be his boggart.
Fred doesn’t dislike many things, but he probably dislikes his brother Percy, for suddenly leaving with the Ministry and just for being gloomy in general.
Background:
Fred grew up in a quite big family, having a twin brother – George-, three older brothers, and two younger siblings. Fred had quite a rich background, aside of growing up with his family. He and George used to get in trouble all the time, one of the examples being when they nailed the Marauder’s Map in their first year.
Roleplay sample (your character in any setting):
Fred sat beside his twin, a displeased look on his face at the sight of having another lesson with Umbridge. Honestly, that woman was worse than Snape himself, and for a moment, he wished they were in Potions class and not Defence Against the Dark Arts. There she went, presenting the rules about forbidden magic and what not. Fred tried to resist the urge to roll his eyes at that. He and George needed to think of something grand to pull against her. Something that neither her nor Hogwarts would see it coming.
He looked down at his empty paper, which was supposed to be his notebook and decided to put it for a useful cause, as a sudden idea popped in his head. He elbowed his twin gently, motioning for him to watch, as he folded the paper and made it into an air-plane. While Umbridge was facing the black-board, he took the perfect opportunity to throw the plane around, while George guided with magic, having his wand under the bench. And just like that, they were successful in landing it straight in the teacher’s head and giving the class a good laugh.
When they noticed that Umbridge turned around furiously, they knew what was going to come next. “Detention, Weasleys!” The boys high-fived under the table and snickered. “Wicked!”
